I’m the heart behind Belinda Spratt Wellness. With over 25 years in the wellness world, my work is guided by intuition, rhythm, and flow—a balance between knowledge, experience, and genuine care. Presence and awareness contribute to the energy of being. Wellness is a state of being.
My approach is gentle, honest, and simple: offering support while you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, calm your mind, ease tension, and restore flow where there is stagnation. Through guided meditations, sound journeys, intuitive bodywork, and essential oil rituals, I offer gentle, practical ways to return to balance and presence.
I am ready to support therapists and wellness practitioners who are curious about deepening their connection to this flow—bringing fresh energy and grounded healing into their work.
